Available Discounts & Payment Policies
- A 5% immediate payment discount will be given when the fee is paid in full with a check or cash on the day treatment begins.
- A 2% immediate payment discount will be given when treatment is paid in full on the day treatment begins, with one of the following credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
- Senior patients — A 10% immediate payment discount of cash /check or 7% discount with credit card paid in full on the day treatment begins.
- Payment may be divided into two equal payments: One half is to be paid on the day treatment begins, the other half is to be paid when treatment is complete.
- Insurance patients — payment of patient’s Estimated Co-pay is due in full on the day treatment begins. (Patient is responsible for any remaining unpaid balance not paid by their insurance company.)
